How We Work

The six steps from your enquiry to a sealed container — and what we need from you at each one.

From Enquiry to Container

OEM tent projects rarely fail because of manufacturing. They fail because the specification was never nailed down before tooling started. This is the sequence we follow on every order, in the order it actually happens.

01  Enquiry and application brief

Tell us the market, the sales channel and the use case. A four-person family tent sold through European retail and a beach shade sold through a Brazilian marketplace need different fabrics, poles and packaging — and different compliance documentation.

02  Specification and CAD preview

Our technical team turns the brief into a specification: fabric and coating (Oxford, polyester or cotton; PA, PU or silicone; 300–30,000 mm hydrostatic head), pole system, dimensions, weight and packing. We issue CAD previews and material recommendations for your approval.

03  Sampling and testing

Samples typically take 7–15 days. UV performance is achieved with silver, vinyl or titanium-silver coatings meeting US ASTM D6603 and EU EN 13758; all seams are heat-taped and windows use waterproof plackets. Free fabric swatches let you verify waterproof and UV claims yourself before committing.

04  NDA and design lock

We sign NDAs so your exclusive ODM designs stay private. Once the specification and sample are signed off, the design is locked and tooling begins.

05  Production

Standard OEM lead time is 30–45 days; rapid-dispatch models can be ready in 15–25 days depending on the season. Production runs at up to 20,000 tents per month, with 100% post-assembly inspection on every unit.

06  Packaging, documentation and dispatch

We support retail packaging design — colour boxes, carry bags with custom instruction manuals and PDQ display boxes. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the 70% balance against the Bill of Lading; L/C at sight is accepted for large contracts. Your container reaches Beilun Port in around 30 minutes from our door.
