Every fabric roll, pole set, zipper batch and accessory carton is checked on arrival: fabric weight per square metre, coating adhesion, colour consistency against the approved swatch, and pole diameter/wall thickness. Material that fails is quarantined before it ever reaches a sewing line.
Cutting accuracy, seam alignment, heat-taped seam coverage and pole-end finish are checked at each station. Our technical team supplies CAD previews and material recommendations before production starts, so the first article is approved against a drawing rather than an opinion.
